i found this by accident. there was 2 house right next to another where you cant get between. you go up on the ramp then turn in between the houses for a couple of seconds adn you should end up inside one of the house with no controls (you can pick stuf up and move it).

a little more info would be nice, what kind of house was it, the ramp up to the door??
