i use the double hit macro all the time, some call it an exploit but not me. try this

/attack;
/saberheadhit;

thats mine but u can put any there that doesnt have a warm-up timer

there's another one somewhere around here.. maybe in confirmed.. sweet macro though.. allows you to pull off the same special a couple times in a row without the cooldown.

i'll have to give this one a shot as well
