this macro makes your toon appear online when you are logged off.
/sit;
/pause 180;
/stand;
/pause 120;
/blink;
/macro stayonline;

Considering that macros are client side, I highly doubt this works. Unless you're trying to say that this will keep you from logging out when you're AFK. If that's the case, then this is considered common knowledge.
