There's no decay in the game anymore. This, unfortunately, does not apply to the game.

It can apply somewhat, I have seen a couple vehicles in pretty bad shape after NGE hit. But, your basically right, psycosis, since there is no decay, no one really needs to fix their vehicles for free....
