Create a macro that looks somethign like this:

/startdance basic;
/pause 4;
/flourish2
/macro ....(whatever you named this)

Then wait for it to say u cannot start dancing while skill animating, or somethngi like that...and start running. It may take a few times, but your character will be dancing and runnin at the same time!

Also note it may work with this macro:
/startdance basic;
/macro (whatever the name)

So that it constantly is starting the dance...havent tried this though.
