dont know if it was by accident but it wouls seem that if you use just normal saber block step 1 in expertise tree and then fight npcs it appear s that the cooldown timer for saber block doesnt stop


i fought about 20 npcs using saber block and it didnt stop untill about five minutes wonder if this is a bug ?
