Take a crappy piece of loot with a high combat lvl (but not high stats) and retrofit it to open up a slot.

Then take your high stat SEA and place into the item you just retrofitted.

Next, place that piece of loot into the RE tool and boom...

most likely you will end up with a higher value. This is the only way anyone is able to get bits to 35.

Disclaimer, there will be sometimes that you end up with a bit with less than what you put into, but the percentage works out that in the long run you will progress to 35. May take you 5-6 interations.

I would say Nay. To give a very vague description for sometinhg that has been posted on the forums in great details. If you gave more details I would say this is a guide.

Nay, I can't see how this should even be weighed in as a nay or yay... It is everywhere on the official forums.

I agree with bgarner and kentwoot. Its all over the official boards, there shouldnt be anyone who doesnt know, plus its already fixed on TC.
