This is for when doing the quests in endor space from the storm squadron space pilot on yavin imperial outpost. You can finish the mission and train in the next skill without having all the necesarry exp. Try it out. Works great. I did it last night and was very suprised that I was trained in the next skill level when I only had 156K of the 200K required to train to the next skill level.

Can premium members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

Nay. This is part of the game. Certain skills are obtained through missions. Do it for the next few, I'll bet you'll get them and then you'll have to grind and then the last 4 skills are obtained through missions again. It's all part of the game, no glitch, no exploit, nothing. Sorry.
