I found this very affective when i was a medic. Vital Strike 1 and 4 are on different timers so you can attack both of them at once. Although it doesnt seem as good as Vital Strike 7 it ends up doing about 1600-2000 damage when Vital Strike 7 does around 1100-1200. So in the long run against enemies with a **PooP** load of health you would be adding that extra amount of damage, and every so often it would count as an extra move if you understand me Thank You ::)
