1. Buy a few of the largest harvesters you can find.

2. Find a mob of creatures/NPC's that are on a very fast respawn timer.

3. If you are a Bounty Hunter use burn to bring the majority of the creatures to you. Use razornet and the creatures/NPC's will die.

4. Collect XP

5. When you are higher levels find higher level respawn areas. (Pikets and Bols are the best, I grinded from 89 to 90 in under an hour with this method with 1 mob!)

Have fun with your level 90 dreams

That kind of levelling with a harvester is already here.
