1. Buy or Craft a factory crate of shirts, armor chestplates or weapons.
2. Buy or a +35 Power Up of any base stat: Agility, Constitution, Luck, Precision, Stamina, Strength.
3. Make space in your inventory enough for 50+ items.
4. Remove about 50 shirts/chestplates/weapons from factory crate.
5. Equip each item and apply the power up, then move onto the next...
6. Now you have 40/50 shirts/chestplates/weapons with a +35 stat.
7. Equip your RE suit. (Usually contains +35 luck on each peice with +3 RE chance on weapon chest and shirt.)
8. Take one of the items you created with +35 stat and put in tool.
9. Put in the power bit you wish to use, for example +25.
10. Select make an SEA
11. You will now have a +25 SEA
12. Repeat from step 8 to RE without using junk loot.

I believe this is already here also.

It is here, and I was under the impression it was nerfed?

Maybe a +35 power up has something to do with it. I'll test it out later today.
