Go full expertise for sly lie and fast talk, do smuggler mission and use these abilitys on any npc that attacks, then 10 min buff for 100% dodge

It only works on smuggler mission npcs

might be nerfed with chapter 7 though

Nay Fix is already on Test Center.

This is bogus guys. So what if the fix is on TC.. It can still be used on live. So YAY from me even though there are already 3 nays.
