I've found a little trick to be choosen everytime Vader calls a name.
If you stand at the palace door, sometimes in the back of the door or in the front, you will be choosen by Vader. Vader's targeting range is a cone shape. So if you stand about on the top of the stairs, to the Door of the Palace, you will be choosen.

Please tell me if this works fo you.

Yes I just saw someone get the badge this way standing in the door. I am personally going to try next hour.

I tried inside the doorway off to the side to the left as you walk inside and got the badge. I didn't get it when I was standing outside the palace on front steps center. Someone that was in the spot inside got it, so moved to their spot next hour and got it.
I suggest doing this late at night and not to have all guild members do this in a row otherwise players will detect a pattern.

I guess this just doesn't work if you are on a highly populated server and everyone is standing in the doorway.

Got a fealing SoE rather read these boards then debug their code, since exact wp's tell them more about where in the code the "problem" is then 20 hours of debugging ever whould...
