Not instant spawning but close..

The "ACLO Bunker" on Talus has near instant spawning of NPC's..
/waypoint Talus Orange 1291 -3149 "ACLO Bunker"
You can get all rug, gong ect parts as well as all parts including the rare ones of the "Housing Improvement: Shelving Techniques" collection
Not to mention the standard junk loot that still sells for alot to RE crafters.
Got a bot of sorts in the works for farming it upstairs and down, not working perfectly yet thou, having trubble with acouple of walls snagging it after an hour or two..
