Finish Operation Brassvine in no time

If you are rebel and are having a hard time finding the last few tiers of npc's to finish the mission that Luke gives, go to the cantina in Theed during Empire Day. Most of the npc's required are spawning in the cantina. Just make sure to use the back door to get in, or that lvl 110 gold will 2 hit you! lol
