Right its simple to get +100luck buff permanently, what you must do is do the meatlump themepark preq, until you are allowed in the throne room, then there are npcs who will give you a meatlump kiss(+100luck buff) for 1 hour in exchange for 1 meatlump lump(you get them via the Qs and by the time you get inside you should have about 25+). Once you have the 1 hour buff, get a buddy to duel you and kill you. Clone in the cloning centre, have your buddy come over there and kill you again. Repeat for about 10-12times each time you die the timer adds about 6000 hours to the buff after a while the timer goes completely and the luck buff is perma (until you remove it yourself).

NOTE : IF you get the meatlump DEBUFF INSTEAD -100 LUCK DO NOT DIE, WAIT 1 HOUR TILL IT GOES AND REPEAT THE PROCESS TO GET THE +100 LUCK. It is possible to end up with a bugged DEBUFF of -100luck as well if you do not do it correctly.
