this is a simple one really, might be obvious.

If you can convince someone to get on the roof of your guildhall, and you then set the guildhall to private (or ban them from the guildhall) after they are on the roof, it will lock them on the roof basically forever.

You may now laugh at them as they are basically not going anywhere anytime soon.

This is very common and well known. Locked.
