trying to get premium membership. ok so i was messing around and found an easy way to get under just about any medium generic house what u do it walk up to the corner of the porch right where a sign should be and then slowly walk off the side of it and then right away turn around and walk under the house. this method would be good if u need to get away from a bounty hunter or something but are teffed outside of a house or even to LOS and kill them cuz iv found that while standing in certain spots u can shoot them but they cant shoot u(standing half in half out the wall)

By the way u dont HAVE to slowly walk off of it but when u first do it, its easiest to do it slowly and then once u get good at it u can do it quickly and easily in a couple of seconds ive done it multiple times to fight people

well - it does not work for me 100%. Tried it on several medium generic houses - and it really depends on the area where they were placed, i.e. if there are canyons under the house. I tried it several times, and very often while trying to walk below the house I ended standing on the porch.

More conveniant way is to have a factory packed in your datapad and drop it right on your head when needed.

But be aware - that way of "hiding" in a structure gets you a GM's attention rq, if the player(s) who is hunting you (BH, enemy faction S.F.) /reports you. I got a warning on one of my toons for "hiding" in a factory a few months ago.

so for your way of hiding in a structure:

Like Obelix, I couldnt get this to work 100% of the time. It really does depend on the landscape the house was placed on. So I have to Nay it.

A much easier way to get under a house is to get a storyteller stage prop and place it right up against a house, where part of it is going through the side of the house. Simply walk on and go underneath.

this was posted for the cases where u cant just set stuff down like while being in combat and being hunted. also for the going up onto the porch i forgot to include that u cant walk in front of the the doorway or you will be brought back up what u should do is walk into the porch then change directions and head right under the house. also there is no way to prove to u had gone under the house because there is no chat logs/combat logs that show this however i believe there is for setting structures down on top of you and the person couldnt even send in a screeny of it showing that u went under it because they cant accept screenys as evidence of sploiting
