I found this while doing some instances the other day. May or may not be useful.

For this to work you gotta have the 5 piece First Responder Jewelry set.

If you have a combatant in the group (Might work with other faction etc thats not healable) target him, and spam your bacta bomb. When you get the Free Shot fly text, you wont actually heal him, and your net heal will cost no action Might be useful to keep that ready for difficult fights etc.

Wow that is basically what the first responder set is for, it's clearly stated on the bonuses, so nay, as it is very common knowledge
