2) Switch hat out.
3) Buff will stay on the person it was used on.

Note this gives a 20 stamina buff.

I knew this when my Tailor friend made one for me... 20 Stamina isn't worth the effort but im pretty sure it doesn't stack with fortitude.

That is incorrect. My group all have hats that we cast on each other, and it does indeed stack with our priest's fortitude.

Not sure if these are updated regularly but as of several patches ago, Admiral's hat was changed and the buff is a group buff but you have to keep the hat on. If the hat is removed, the buff expires.

So nerfed?
