1) Go into an instance
2) Invite someone you trust into your instance party
3) Leave the party.
4) You will have the 60 second popup recall feature
5) Logout right away when that window comes up.
6) Your instance will be reset.

Note: Its easier to create a macro that will log you out asap.

i heard they were gonna fix how many times u can reset it consecutively... have they already done that and is this a work-around?

1. Go into the instance, do whatever you gotta do, leave the instance.
2. Invite random person into party.
3. Leave the party.
4. Your instance is reset.

They are fixing this, so you can only reset an instance every 10 mins, so it will be nerfed next patch.

does your trusted person have to be in the instance or can it just be anyone fom anywhere?

people have invited me in and left to reset their instances

the unlimited thing is nerfed

you can only the same instance 5 times before your locked out for X minutes
