1) Travel to Zangamarsh
2) Visit the Cenarion Expedition town.
3) Find the quartermaster in the town.
4) Buy a flare from him
5) Go to any neutral city and wait until a horde is near you.
6) Use the flare and it will attack the horde player.
7) Guards have not been programed to consider this a hostile action.

Might add:

1) Flare only works in Zangermarsh
2) Horde has to be flagged PvP already before it works

well am in a pvp server normal server r for wusses imo

Wow, obviously a young member to make that type of comment. Anyways, I am going to test to see if it will work on the normal servers on peeps that are flagged PvP to take the Zang towers. Will let you know soon as I find out.

i been here longer then u k?

actually tested with like 3 flares every hour it dosent work any more the guards will kill you(try is your 70) so this dosent work!

can another member confirm this to be nerfed as well.

Pretty sure this never worked. I used it a long time ago (had no clue what it did). Guards aggroed the npcs that came from the flare and then killed me.

I can't remember this ever working.
