in the video it looks like he starts to jump in the air when he is jumping off the house over the gate, Im not saying something is up or anything, im just wondering if that was a glitch or something and if it will still work anyways

There are invisible walls, you just run to the side/up while jumping until you get to the top, then you fall or jump off. So it may look weird if you haven't tried it, but once you try you will know exactly what I am talking about.

And there is a invisible wall above the gate, on that try I must have hit the top. But it rarely happens if you aim right.

Sorry.. just a quick noob question.. so you leave Arathi early.. when you get on the other side.. then does that start the timer for you to leave the instance, therefore you get out and still get honor points vs. being branded a deserter?

No when you get over the gates you can cap the flags in Arathi before the match begins. It has nothing to do with physically leaving Arathi Basin. hope this cleared it up.
