I was able to do a little editing with a memory editor, but when i go to trade the info it goes back to the curent info i had. example i changed to 4 billion from 1 million, then i go to transfer it and it goes back to 1 mill. if we can figure something out then maybe we can get the info

The ammount of info you have is stored on the server. Changing your local value wont help you. The client will do a check with the server, and whatever value your client thinks you have, will be changed to the server value.

i wonder if there is a way to edit what the sever knows that you have as info

I doubt it,
When you kill a mob, the server knows whats on that mob. When you collect it, the server transfers that to your inventory. Your client doesn't do much more then tell the server you looted it. So, no... you can't really defy things like that.
