meet xxxx missions for xp?

ok everyone knows you can make tons of info off the Meet criticals. the past couple of days i've been doing them some. but last night, twice, i got 150k xp for it. does anyone know if this is just random? or is there a way to consistently get xp as a mission reward from the Meet criticals?
