TR - Topic of the Week - A Tale of Two Crafters

Well as we all know it's patch day again, today the crafting system got its much needed overhaul and things should be pretty decent crafting wise now. Fact is though Has it changed enough? Has it changed for the better or worse from the previous semi-placeholder crafting system?
