This trick can only be done with 2 people. The quest is called Hooked and it sends you to the Barge House to kill the infector. Well once you kill him do this in the exact order.

1. Recall back to town and leave your buddy in the Barge House, Have him stand a bit away from where you killed the Infector.
2. Drop group
3. Drop the quest Hooked from your log. Once you do this it should disconnect you. (make sure you drop group before you drop this quest or it will kick out your group member from the zone when you do)
4. Go back and grab the quest from Ser Sing, party up and zone back in.

Infector should be back up!

This might take a few to get the yay's since you NEED 2 people. But please get a friend and try it, its a great farm and an easy one. I got about an average of 1 legendary per kill.

Thats out of like 30+ kills, sometimes he wouldnt drop one, and sometimes he would drop 2. This guy seems to have a pretty high legendary drop rate.

/yay this is probably the best farming spot in the game if you have a fast computer. me and my group can do almost 60 runs an hour. found some phat loots.
