new level 50 quest

what the heck is this quest about
i reckon its bugged you get it from a guy in twin pillars and hand it in in fort defiance no rewards no enemy npcs no instance nothing
level 50 my backside a level 6 can do this just transport from one base to another what a joke
reminds me of swg quests like kill darth vaders mom and collect 5 zork nostrils or some such nonsense
