As a former member of ASCN and EDF it saddens me greatly to post the following link that announces the official fall/last stand of ASCN.
ASCN was one of the two greatest alliances in EVE.
The individual corps of ASCN will live on.

ASCN had a good run. They were virtually unchallenged as the governing body for much of 0.0 space untill BoB showed up. The loss of their Titan was the nail in the coffin if you ask me though.

Ah well. All good thing must come to an end I suppose.
