EVE - Rumor Mill or 5th BoB Titan?

Rumor has it that deep within BoB space an incredible FIFTH Titan has been born. How long will it be before fleet battles as we know them today are a thing of the past? Will a new character playing eve have to wait a year before they can get into 0.0 because you will need a Dreadnaught or better just to survive? Is this what CCP envisioned when they created the Titan or have things gotten horribly out of hand? Let us know what you think...
