DAOC - Population Bonus Changes

Today we reevaluated the population bonuses and made some changes. Here's how the bonuses stand now.
These realm population adjustments are now live.
Bossiney: All realms are 5 days to a free level.
Caerleon: All realms are now 5 days to a free level.
Devon: Midgard (7 days), Albion (3 days), Hibernia (3 days)
Killibury: Albion (7 days), Midgard (7 days), Hibernia (3 days)
Tintagel: Albion (3 days), Midgard (3 days), Hibernia (3 days)
