COH / COV - Issue 10 too Early?

For our poll this week, just a quick and simple question. Do you think it's too early for Issue 10 to be released? The reason we'e asking is that it feels like Issue 9 was just released and some people may still be warming up to the whole invention system, STF and Hami, and now they have a whole lot more content to absorb. BUut bigger the better for some and some may feel overwhelmed with at all. let us know what you think!
