Yes DDO is now free to play. U can play to the new LV cap of 20. YOu have 2 options of play Free play and VIP play. If you play the free play you can play MOST of the dungeons and other mission area,LV up to 20, Down side is the races Drow and Warforged are obtained only by Reputation or Buying them from the DDO store ( you can buy almost anything in the DDO store). If you choose the VIP play style it is 14.99 a month but you get the warforged race and all of the mappacks/mission pack, You also get a class "the Favored soul" you get a account bank to transfer items EZPZ between toons, you also get 500 DDO poinst to use in the DDO store each month and you do not have to spend them each month they do stack.
