xtrap problems : KO Guide Discussion

when i am starting the game,and i klick ''connect''i think xtrap skips stage 2 and then when the picture of the priestess is showing up,after that the screen is turning black and then a window is showing up and it says:
CODE_FIELD [08-0400-00000000-206]
Some functions provided by the operating system has been corrupted.

how can i fix this problem?please help.
