Hey, well on my friends list was lvl 45 bard. Now hes 47 in 2 hours and I believe there is a quest on qualia where you just accept it and it gives you like 2% xp and you can just abandon and repeat. Anyone know the whereabouts of it and if it has been nerfed yet?

I think it may be nerfed now but not sure. I was told its in Dragons backbone, gnome camp. Basically I have been told that a group of people petitioned on the group and I think a gm contacted them and is going to roll them back. If done solo though nobody would have found out. I guess it looked abit strange to see that kind of level jump on peoples friends lists.
