Where to grind at lvl 46+???

looking for a spot with 47-49 2dot mobs !! anyone have seen one???
the biggest i have seen 46-47 or then 50 4 dots...

Afrit on Qalia, it's far south past Ahgram. Below Rahz Inkur I believe. There is also a faction grind quest there that you can do when you reach level 50. You can, of course, start the faction grind earlier. There is also a small outpost north of Afrit called Deliverence, some good quests there for cash and a heroic 30 slot bag.
