Crafting Jewelry

Does anybody know of any quests to get crafting rings/earrings that are above lvl 20?
Yeah in New Targ you can go into the crafting square... in the housing row that is across from the artificing one, there are trade company representatives... do 3 work orders for each company and you will get 2 earrings and a ring.
You also get another ring when you do your thestran initiate quest (for artificers anyway)
