Seems like the only working sections are Breeland and Ettenmoors. With the recent drop of the NDA I'd imagine that this will be expanding quite quickly.

I think by now a lot of sites share the info which Tentonhammer posses. It was def usefull during beta, but I'm not sure if it can follow up with other sites now that the game has been released.
