Tried this in beta, it did not work. Shall try again in lotro released version and report back.

It doesn't work at all, nor has it ever worked.

The game client itself constantly synchronizes with the server. Using the CE speed hack only speeds up the rate at which local processes are completed. You will suffer a period of in-game halt-all, mainly because the server hasn't caught up to what your client was doing.

It results in about a two minute (or longer, depending upon what you did during the time the hack was enables) period of not being able to do a thing.

I have to say Nay on this as well. Tried to use the cheat engine for this (which has worked in the past), and what happens is your character is pushed back into your previous position and usually if you run it for too long you will loose connection with the server.

Its due to the server always syncing your position so when you move too fast the server looses track of you and disconnects you.
