If your kinship has a house you get a discount on your repairs from the shops in that neighbourhood. If you own a house in the same neighbourhood you get an additional discount.

why not mention you get a higher discount upon reaching acquaintance in the rep zones
or the pocket items with a 10% reduction at any vendor in zone
