Section "Nerfed LOTRO Info" says "(Premium Members Only)", when in fact I can read all posts with non-premium account 
Either wording about premium members should not be there, or permission needs to be set for it.
I can't read posts in "LOTRO - Cheats / Exploits" section, so I know I am not premium yet
