Upon completeing Hard Mode, the leader of the group can dismiss one of the members. After dismissing him, he can invite someone else. The new person can join the group and come inside sword halls and instantly complete the Hard Mode quest and usually can loot the chest as well.

Also, it sometimes doesn't work but i've been able to switch leadership and get it to work as well.

Note: Leader must DISMISS one person and the other 2 must stay inside the instance.

This is good for getting all of your alts or some of your friends done with the daily hard mode without having to actually do it.
