SB Hacks - Removing the Ads/

The first ad removal has been fixed. But here is a guide to remove the "persistent" ads.
Well, with the recent patch the removal of DoubleFusion folder to remove ads doesn't work anymore (if you do remove it, the game won't launch), so I went and played around abit with it just to test if I can still disable them:
in /DoubleFusion/cache/data after patching the game properly there should be folders named as 50188-1-1, 50189-1-1 and 50190-1-1 which each contain one .bik file with the same name as the folder.
Copy a .bik file from /DoubleFusion/cache/data/Video_Blank_* to replace each of the .bik files in the folders listed above (copy the file, rename the .bik file that was already in the folder, and rename the copied .bik to match the folder name).
And then the final part, set whole doublefusion folder (subfolders included) read-only. The system checks the MD5-hashes of the ads when used, and tries to replace the replaced files with the right versions, but if the folders are read-only the dummy files won't get overwriten.
After that is done, just launch the game from sb.exe, not the patcher.
