All Vanguard servers will be brought down for a restart, beginning with the Halgar server at 8:00 pm PST (04h:00 CET). Tomorrow morning the remaining servers will be restarted at 5:00 am PST. The downtime should not exceed 2 hours, with the servers likely up and ready to play before then.
