Dont know if this has been posted before, But there is an NPC in Tursh Village that don't play cards. His Name is Kracket Henley and he is located in Barley Harvest Inn. Just go in and play any card that will give you influence and then listen all the way till you win parley. He will never play a card. He is level 75 skill, so you will need to be skill of 25

I can confirm, he plays no cards and you can just play one then listen. Quite nice.
