VSOH Guides - lvling 45-50 (no cheating) easy way

Here's the fast and boring way to get from 45 to 50... that involves NO cheating. Possibly has been posted already or is widely known. But thought I would post just incase.
1) Get to 45.
2) Go to Ruin Falls or Floridel. On the road between the two, in the Floridel chunk, is a quest mob on the road named Esurin. She will talk to you no matter what your Floridel faction.
3) She will give you a quest to collect 25 Gorgalok tribal necklaces. These are found off of 2d Gorgaloks or any 3d-4d Velok in Vsurog Moor. She will also give you a ring. The necklaces only drop if you are wearing it. This quest is repeatable.
4) Turn that quest in you will unlock two more repeatable quests. One is for 10 totems that drop off of 3d-4d Gorgaloks. The other is for 1 Goraglok Thaumaturge, which drops off of named Gorgaloks. You don't need to have the quest to get the drops, you only need to be wearing your ring.
5) Go to the griffon in Floridel, its right behind the riftway stone. Fly a griffon west into Vsurog Moor. You will pass two spires, then come upon two more with a bridge in between. The larger one, to your left (south) as a landing on its north face with a fire pit. Land there.
6) In the cave is Gorrulosh, 4d lvl48 Velok. He spawns like clockwork every 15 min (great way to just watch a movie or play 360/ps3 while waiting). He will drop a Thaumaturge every time. Turning that quest in is 4% xp at 46, and 2-2.5% xp at 49 (approx 382k exp per charm I believe). He also drops a decent melee rare BP and dagger, and some blue melee arms and a 100hp cloak.
Gorrulosh can be snared and there is enough room to kite. He hits for 1400 or so, and procs a snare effect on his bite that means you don't want him to hit you if you are kiting him. He is a trivial duo with a healer at level 46.
