Everlasting diplomacy buff

You need to have abovo 10 skill to get diplomacy buff , tested in Trash Village - get some diplomacy questes and if you have 10 skill you will be able to do an quest that gives you 30 + crafting 20 + harvesting.
It is only for 1hour so you need to craft or harvest , die within 1h and relog and there you go another 1h buff
