Make a goblin and run to Veenax Garrion Leski Wapput (SOUTH).
Leski Wapput sells Quilted Leather Vest's - they cost 62 copper but are worth more almost 1 gold! This is a pricing DB bug so buy as many as you can - as it will be nerfed soon and set to the correct price. You can probably sell them on the open market for more.
