hacksheild bypass guide plz

i play on ep2 private servers and a few of the hacks that u need to use wpe or CE sound relly cool but i cant get passed the damn hacksheild 
i googled it and the few i found had files to download and they had keyloggers, one used a prog called XVI32 but i couldnt get it to work. could anyone out there help me at all?? and any damagehacks/1 hit ko hack would be great too
