For anyone going the Spiritualist get a marco program. Unlike warriors and ranger and specialist it seems that spiritualists can continually cast there spells(buffs soul bllad) and not suffer from the no xp gain bug(?!?).
so far my soul ballad is lvl 3. and im lvl 3. Althought i only get .o3 pt for each cast now.

after a set amount of time for me, the macros stopped working. Like, the buttons were still being pressed, but it stopped acknowledging I was pressing them. I took the coins off and pressed it once, and it was fine. Maybe it's the keyboard, I'll try another less sophisticated one (it could be an auto-disable for a wireless keyboard with a stuck button kinda thing, perhaps) and post tomorrow.

Yea i havent exactly had any more time to test it with the logins being jacked up and now the whole thing offline. And al lthis goes on and on spirit the accretians finally win the chip war and i cant mine anything. oh well. On topic I am not sure but when i stack quarters on the skilsl it says cannot use skill until effects are less than 102....f some huge number meaning less than 10 seconds but with each message it gives me a number in brackets tellnig me how many times ive gotten that message and after i had left the game running and gotten the rage and accuracy skills to lvl 2 the count was in the hundred thousands. So yea maybe your keyboard has a hibernate mode or something.

Update: I tried the holding-down-hotkey method on a low-grade keyboard, and it worked just fine.
Doing some simple calculations with level 2 skills:
Wild Rage
Accuracy
Extending
Each lasts for 126 seconds. (140, but you can recast at 14.)
FP isn't an issue, since I just equip a +500% FP Recovery weapon.
Each goes up by .1% per cast.
So, for 1%, it takes 1260 seconds.
For a 10% increase, it takes 12600 seconds.
And so, for a %100 increase, it takes 126000 seconds.
Which is 35 hours, roughly.
I don't yet know the increases for level 3, although I assume that with a higher time on the recast, the increases in percentage will actually be greater per cast, since there's still 3 more levels left to go. I hit somewhere around 60% of level 2 when the servers went down for repair, and I'm going to be in Florida for all of next week, so when I get back the beta will be out, and I will hopefully have a copy of the real game on my front doorstep.

When I do find out what the rate of increase on level three is, I'll post it here, unless somebody else gets to it first while I'm away.

Have either of you found a macro program that works with RF? I tried mouse and keyboard recorder but It seems like the game is setup not to accept certain input because it will just bring the windows mouse up and crash the program. Be nice if there was a window mode.

[RenderState]
bFullScreen=TRUE

Try to look for this one part on R3engine.exe on the RF Online folder and then
Change it to False or was it FALSE, try either one
If you want it full screen again, just type in TRUE..

In regards to holding down keys, it seems to work well with f keys, but I noticed something odd, In a town, it shuts off for me after about an hour, other places, is a bit longer but, *shrug* Dunno.

Doesn't work for anyone, changing the string is useless.
It was discovered and discussed on the RFO Beta forums a long while ago.

shame, if only it was so easy.

As a programmer, i love developing macros or any sort of programming, which is why i devloped macros to help in eve online (when i was playing it) and now RF Online. I developed to macros, one to aid me in combat, which just spams Heal Potions and Super Attacks and another macro to train skills AFK. Both works very well. As i am not a spiritulist, i carnt stack spells so i just keeps trying until any one of the spells runs out.

So far i have maxed all spells out and the combat aid keeps me alive without me needing to activate super combat spells or potions, this means all i need to do is select target and it will attack, providing i got enough power of course :) .
